(iPhone) Settings - Bluetooth - Press the blue “i” next to the headphones name - Forget this deviceĢ) Restart your portable device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.)Ģ) As your portable device is rebooting, on your headphones, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons for 10 seconds. (Android) Settings - Bluetooth and Device Connections - Bluetooth - click on the gear next to the headphones (or press and hold headphone name) - click “forget” “Forget” the Skullcandy headphones so that it no longer recognizes the headphones. I will try to clear up how to fix this problem.ġ) Go to your bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or portable device. I occasionally get a problem where my headphones will connect, but won't play any sound from any audio device. I have the Skullcandy Crusher BT headphones.
